7 Brothers from Phi Delta traveled to the University of Memphis for Lambda Chi Alpha's 2007 Stead Leadership Conference.

All brothers, Adam Howell, Bobby Lubaszewski, Nick Demyan, Marty Schmidt, Richie Neale, and Danny Burch, along with one our most recent alumni, Scott Hammonds, learned a lot about leadership and qualities and how to bring it to the chapter.

The True Brother Program was unveiled at this conference, and we as a chapter were asked to assist in the direction and facilitation of workshops and seminars, as well as talk to individual brothers from around the world on how the program works.

By far, I think all in attendance had a very rewarding experience, and have high hopes to further the growth of Phi Delta Zeta at UMBC!
